Forty years in travel. Thirteen at TACA, twenty-seven on her own.

Lylli started in travel at TACA Airlines, the Salvadoran flag carrier (since merged into Avianca). Thirteen years inside the airline business — fares, routes, operations, the actual mechanics of moving people between countries. The kind of knowledge that doesn’t show up on a booking site, but quietly shapes every itinerary she designs.

In 1999 she founded Lylli’s Services Travel Tours & Marketing Inc. in Suffolk County, New York — ARC and IATAN licensed, the two industry standards for US ticketing. She’s also licensed in Life, Health & Accident insurance, plus Travel and Baggage insurance. So when a client asks “should I get trip protection?” the answer comes from the same person who booked the trip.

She works on both sides of the border. New-York-based clients booking trips home to El Salvador. American travelers discovering the country for the first time. Salvadorans booking domestic getaways. Bilingual EN / ES, native both ways.

In El Salvador she works with a curated network of stays — two villas in Caluco (Thermal Paradise, where the new Temazcal opens end of May) and a beachfront in Barra de Santiago (Ocean Paradise). She doesn’t just book the trip. She designs it, end to end.
