Bookings

All bookings are subject to Lylli's review and approval. Quoted prices are estimates until Lylli confirms. Final pricing is what appears on the Stripe payment link. Payment confirms the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by trip and are confirmed in writing at booking. Standard tier (subject to Lylli's confirmation):

• 30+ days before check-in: full refund minus 5% admin
• 14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: no refund unless rebookable

Liability

Lylli's Services Travel Tours & Marketing Inc., property owners, third-party operators, and staff are not liable for damages, injuries, illness, theft, weather disruption, or third-party service failures during your stay. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Governing law

State of New York, USA.
