What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, and any preferences you share with us when planning a trip. Conversation transcripts (text + voice transcriptions) for service quality and to help Lylli serve you well across multiple trips.

Why we collect it

To design and deliver your trip; to improve the AI assistant; to comply with US tax and Salvadoran tourism reporting requirements.

Who we share it with

Our service providers (Twilio, Anthropic, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Vercel, Neon) — each of which has its own privacy policy. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

Email hello@lylli.travel with subject "Data request" to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 14 days.
