What you should know about Lylli's AI helper.
We use AI to help Lylli respond to guests faster, in her voice, around the clock. Below is what that means in plain language.
Who you're talking to
When you message us on WhatsApp, call our number, or use the voice intake on this site, you may be talking to Lylli's AI assistant — not Lylli herself. We disclose this on the first message of every conversation. The voice you hear (on voice notes and phone calls) is Lylli's actual voice, cloned with her recorded permission. The AI does the brain; Lylli's voice does the talking.
You can ask for a human at any time. Just say "human" or "talk to Lylli" and we'll route you to her directly.
What technology we use
- · Anthropic Claude — generates the AI's responses
- · Deepgram — turns your voice into text (speech-to-text)
- · ElevenLabs — turns text back into Lylli's voice (text-to-speech)
- · Twilio — handles WhatsApp + phone delivery
What data we store
- · Your phone number (the WhatsApp/phone identity)
- · Conversation transcripts (text + voice transcriptions)
- · Booking history
- · Preferences you've shared (dietary, travel companions, loyalty programs, etc.)
We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the technology providers listed above (each of which has its own privacy policy).
Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we have on you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@lylli.travel with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 14 days.
Lylli's voice consent
Lylli has signed a documented consent for the use of her voice by the AI assistant. The consent is scoped to Lylli Travel's customer-service interactions only — not advertising, not third-party use, not anything outside this agency. Lylli can withdraw the consent at any time.
