Thermal Paradise Villas, Ocean Paradise, and any other property booked through Lylli Travel are private rural properties in El Salvador. Guests use the natural hot-spring pools, the river, the swimming pool, the beach, fire pits, grills, hammocks, terraces, the Temazcal, and any spa or massage service entirely at their own risk. Water temperatures vary, surfaces can be wet or uneven, and natural settings carry inherent risks (insects, weather, terrain, fauna). Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by El Salvador and United States law, neither Lylli's Services Travel Tours & Marketing Inc. (the booking agent) nor the owner of the physical property accepts liability for any personal injury, illness, accident, death, damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings occurring during the stay or while on or near the property. Guests are encouraged to carry their own travel and medical insurance — Lylli is licensed to quote and bind travel, baggage, and accident coverage on request.

Lylli Travel does not provide personal security details. Guests requiring private bodyguards, armed escorts, or executive protection are responsible for arranging and paying for those services independently. Lylli can refer reputable Salvadoran security firms on request, but does not vet, employ, or assume responsibility for any third-party security provider's conduct, qualifications, or licensing.

El Salvador is generally safer than US visitors expect (homicide rate has fallen dramatically since 2022), but standard travel-safety practices apply: keep valuables out of sight, do not display large amounts of cash, use Lylli's vetted drivers for transport, and avoid unmarked taxis.

Volcano hikes, mangrove tours, sea-turtle releases, surf lessons, fishing trips, massage and spa services, transportation, and live-music bookings are coordinated by Lylli but performed by independent local operators (guides, masseuses, drivers, musicians). Lylli vets these operators based on years of working relationships, but does not employ them, does not train them, and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Each operator carries (or should carry) their own licensing and insurance.

References to the “therapeutic,” “wellness,” or “healing” properties of the natural hot springs, the Temazcal, massage services, or any other amenity are descriptive of cultural and traditional use only. Nothing on this site or in property materials constitutes medical advice or a claim of cure or treatment for any condition. Consult your physician before participating in heat-based therapies (hot pools, Temazcal sweat lodge) if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are otherwise medically vulnerable.

Bookings, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms shown on the applicable booking engine (Wix Hotels by HotelRunner) at the time of reservation. The 10% Direct-Booking Discount (code DIRECT10) applies only to reservations completed through lylli.travel; it does not apply to bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com, or other third-party channels.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (the booking agent's jurisdiction) and the Republic of El Salvador (the property's jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York, except where local property law requires otherwise.
