Story angles

  1. El Salvador’s wellness moment. Tourism is up 4x since 2019. Bukele’s safety transformation made the country accessible to a wellness-tourism audience that previously skipped it. Lylli was here the entire time — her property pre-dates the boom by a decade.
  2. Ancestral, not invented. Temazcal practice is 2,000+ years old and survived the Spanish conquest. It’s in renaissance now in Tulum and Bali, but no one has built a real one in El Salvador as a guest-facing offering. Lylli’s is the first.
